Fairus has been in the telecommunications industry almost for more than ten years. With his vast familiarity and technical hands-on experience from the industry, he has successfully delivered several projects for numerous leading telecommunication companies. Prior to IUSB, he was working for Celcom for several years. He was under the corporate finance and treasury in Celcom which consist budget, procurement and tender evaluation. As the Founder/Owner of IUSB, Fairus has enormous experience in liaising with the government and local telecomrities. Merging his aptitudes in the network and telecommunication industry, he is proficient in delivering unique solutions to customers. He delivered countless number of network and telecommunications projects which required critical solutions especially in congested environments requiring shortest turn- around time. Apart from that, Fairus is also a technical advisor to several Bumiputra companies in Malaysia.

Mr Han is the founder of Silver Scale. His first career started in Singapore after he graduated high school. He has worked in various industries, such as factory operator, catering, and public service. Due to his excellent performance at work, he won the Outstanding Service Award in the public service industry. Mr Han's background education includes earning his Diploma in Counselling and Psychology from the ACC Institute of Human Services and graduating in 2013. After experiencing financial turmoil in 1997 and 2008, Mr Han entered the financial market in 2015. With his unique vision, he used psychology and self-taught technical analysis to detect the market trend, thereby gaining the first pot of gold in his life. Since then, he has had a keen interest in investment management and established Silver Scale through resource integration. By chance, under the guidance of friends, we cooperated with the company CEO Mohd Fairus Ahmad, successfully obtained the telecommunications infrastructure project of UiTM (MARA), and established IUSB NETWORKS SDN BHD. We got the opportunity to keep pace with the times and devote ourselves to the field of consulting technology. Silver Scale holds a 60% stake in IUSB Networks and is a significant shareholder in IUSB Networks.
Maran is the COO of IUSB and has developed effective processes and directed complex logistics functions for multimillion-dollar projects. With Sixteen years of working experience in his field, he excels at coordinating tasks of numerous internal divisions and external agencies to ensure rapid, accurate delivery of equipment, materials and resources. His areas of expertise include distribution management, Quality Assurance, Inventory Control Process, Standards Compliance, Continuous Process Improvement, Vendor and Staff Relations, Transportation handling and training and leadership. His most extended working experience is being the head of operations of Logistics, Facility and admin at Minda Global Berhad for six years. He ensured the effectiveness and timely implementation of all logistics daily operations, including transport and hotel functions. Apart from that, he also maintained the buildings and grounds of an organisation, directing staff and overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies. Before joining IUSB, he became the Director at Radli ACM Sdn bhd. He developed and executed the company’s business strategies and oversaw the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
